Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Jade began working professionally at an extremely early age as a model and actress, continuing in the entertainment industry in college as an intern and then an on-air weekend personality.
After graduating, Jade returned to Dallas and began her dream career at K104 FM. After working nights, she hosted her own night show which is where she was given the name “Lady Jade.” After working nights for two years, she was asked to join the K104 Morning Show, which she has co-hosted for the last 13 years. The K104 Morning Show is now nationally syndicated in over 30 markets around the country and heard by millions of listeners.
With a passion for giving back, Jade foundered Project 16; her 501c3 non-profit organization geared towards helping less-advantaged youth, giving them opportunities to learn and grow.
Tiffany “The Budgetnista” Aliche is America’s favorite personal financial educator! A New York Times Bestseller (Get Good with Money), an NAACP Image Award Nominee, and the first Black woman to grace the cover of Money Magazine solo, Tiffany is a trailblazer in the personal finance space. Her monumental ‘Live Richer. Movement’ has helped over one million women worldwide save, manage, and pay off hundreds of millions of dollars.
A former teacher for ten years, with a Master’s degree in Education, Tiffany was instrumental in getting The Budgetnista Law (A1414) passed in January 2019, making financial education mandatory for all middle school students in the state of New Jersey.
