Host, Speaker, Influencer, and Media Personality
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Jade began working professionally at an extremely early age as a model and actress, continuing in the entertainment industry in college as an intern and then an on-air weekend personality.
Lady Jade is known as one of the most community-involved radio personalities on a nationally syndicated morning radio show, and she also created her own Podcast The Dash. As a philanthropist, she founded the non-profit organization Project 16.

Chief Marketing Officer | Dallas Mavericks
Iris Diaz is an award-winning marketing leader who currently sits as the Chief Marketing Officer for the Dallas Mavericks, becoming the first Latina to hold this position. She is an Eastfield College, University of North Texas (UNT), and Southern Methodist University (SMU) graduate because continued education was a priority. She is a current member of Women In Sport & Events (WISE), Latinas in Progress (LIP), Hispanic Women of North Texas, The Dallas Summit, Hispanic 100, St. Jude Noche de Esperanza and on the Governing Board for Pro Sports Assembly. Before joining the Mavericks in 2018, she held leadership positions at Al Día Spanish Newspaper published by The Dallas Morning News, Clear Channel Outdoor, and Richards/Lerma Multicultural Agency. Her professional interests are to keep opening opportunities for Latinos in the world of sports and empowering the Hispanic voice on all marketing fronts.

Yolanda Schufford

Chief Communications And Public Affairs Officer | Beyond Finance
Yolanda Schufford is the Chief Communications and Public Affairs and is a member of the Beyond Finance, LLC executive team. Yolanda joined Beyond Finance in 2020. She oversees government relations—managing lobbyists in key states and developing strategy to protect and encourage good policy for the debt resolution industry. Yolanda also leads a team of professionals that focuses external and internal communications. Prior to her current role, Yolanda has held similar positions at large publicly held corporations. Mostly recently, she served as the Vice President of Content Marketing at GM Financial where she led a team responsible for all customer (B2C) and dealer communications (B2B). Yolanda’s vast experience in consumer finance includes roles as Vice President of Executive Communications at Comerica Bank and Vice President of Communications and Public Relations at Cash America International, Inc.
Prior to corporate America, Yolanda spent 12 years as a broadcast news reporter. She has worked for WFAA-TV in Dallas, Texas, WTHR-TV in her hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana and WWKI-FM in Kokomo, Indiana. Throughout her career, Yolanda’s work has been recognized locally and nationally through multiple awards from organizations, such as the Public Relations Society of America, International Association of Business Communicators, Hermes Creatives Awards and the Associated Press.
Like David Letterman, Yolanda matriculated at Ball State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Telecommunications and a minor in Speech Communication. Yolanda loves to serve. Currently, she sits on the boards of two nonprofits—Women of Debt Relief and Mentoring Brother2Brother. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and has a ministry where she mentors women of all ages. Yolanda currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas with her husband, Ray, and two daughters in college. When not working, she enjoys crafting, interior decorating, jigsaw puzzles and football!

Sara Madsen Miller

Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Producer | 1820 Productions
Sara Madsen Miller is the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Producer for 1820 Productions, an Emmy award-winning production company. 1820 creatively and strategically helps businesses drive market share and brand awareness by creating visual content to uniquely fit every need.
Sara has developed and executive produced numerous commercials, documentaries and hit television shows. Through 1820, she has partnered with large clients like Frito Lay, Toyota and 7- Eleven, collaborated with advertising agencies such as The Richards Group and Edelman and created programming content for television networks including ABC, BET and DISCOVERY. 1820’s expertise has helped clients win multiple Emmy Awards and Gold Addy Awards.
Prior to joining 1820 Productions, Madsen Miller had 14 years of executive leadership with Pfizer Inc. managing portfolios of over $750 million. As a result of her keen management, strategic business approach and communication skills, Sara won numerous leadership and sales awards including the Vice President’s Management Club for the top 10% of managers.
She received a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication as well as a Business and Public Administration Degree from Drake University and Executive Education from Dartmouth College’s Tuck School of Business.
Sara’s service in the community includes Board Member Dallas Regional Chamber, Board Member Texas Women’s Foundation, Board Member AT&T Performing Arts Center Endowment Board and Advisory Council for the Jane Nelson Institute for Women’s Leadership. She’s been honored with a number of civic awards including the Dallas Business Journal Women in Business Award and the American Advertising Federation’s Shining Star Award.

Susan Wells Jenevein

Managing Director of Philanthropy and Family Engagement | Tolleson Wealth Management
Susan Wells Jenevein, Managing Director of Philanthropy and Family Engagement at Tolleson Wealth Management, leads the philanthropy team and serves as a charitable planning expert for client families. Along with her team, she creates and implements strategies to meet clients’ goals related to private family foundations, public charities, donor-advised and charitable trusts. She specializes in place-based philanthropy, philanthropic strategy and delivering impact via for-profit and non-profit collaboration.
Susan also leads the Family Engagement team whose focus is on guiding families as they navigate wealth and family with their values as their compass. She works with families to identify their mission and values, to equip individual members and families with essential skills, to develop successful intergenerational communication processes. Along with her team, she facilitates family meetings and family experiences that engage all the generations in the work and play of being a family.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Susan worked in non-profit leadership, philanthropy and as an estate planning attorney.
Susan earned degrees in finance and Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. She is member of the Advisory Council for Communities Foundation of Texas, a member of the leadership cohort for Ultra High Net Worth Institute, a member of the advisory board for the Wealth Management Center in the McCombs School at the University of Texas at Austin, and serves as the secretary for the board of directors for the T.D. Jakes Foundation. She lives in Dallas with her husband Bob and their children.
