After graduating, Jade returned to Dallas and began her dream career at K104 FM. After working nights, she hosted her own night show which is where she was given the name “Lady Jade.” After working nights for two years, she was asked to join the K104 Morning Show, which she has co-hosted for the last 13 years. The K104 Morning Show is now nationally syndicated in over 30 markets around the country and heard by millions of listeners.
With a passion for giving back, Jade foundered Project 16; her 501c3 non-profit organization geared towards helping less-advantaged youth, giving them opportunities to learn and grow.

Alison Braman

Hilti North America
Alison Braman serves as senior vice president of Human Resources for Hilti North America. In this capacity, Alison leads the talent acquisition, payroll, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, benefits, compensation, and talent management functions for the organization.
Alison began her career with Hilti in 2015 as a Human Resources director supporting the central United States. She immediately became a strategic thought partner, helping significantly improve Hilti’s succession planning and strategic people processes. Alison was promoted to global business partner in 2017, a role in which she provided instrumental leadership to further drive
people development topics while leading a global project focused on transforming team member engagement. Alison was promoted to her current role on the Hilti North America Executive Management Team in 2019.
Prior to joining Hilti, Alison worked with The Home Depot for eight years, earning a position as a strategic business partner for a $4 billion business unit with over 16,000 associates across seven states. While at The Home Depot, Alison led a team of 15 HR professionals in a multi-unit environment covering 119 locations.
Before joining The Home Depot, Alison served as the Operations and Human Resources director for a non-profit organization providing foster care, adoption services, counseling and case management for families and children in need.
Alison holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University. Alison is proud to serve on the advisory board for Catalyst. She and her family reside in the Dallas, Tex. metro area.

Kelly Ann Doherty serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Mr. Cooper Group, where she oversees all facets of human resources, brand, corporate communications, customer relations, diversity and inclusion, employee events and programs, facilities, procurement, and security. Most recently, Kelly Ann, she has been responsible for leading the company through its response to the COVID-19 pandemic, shifting the company to a home-centric working model, while also spearheading the company’s continued efforts to delight customers through friction-free experiences.
Kelly Ann is a seasoned human resource, communications, and crisis management executive with nearly 20 years of experience. She has held senior leadership roles in the financial services and technology industries for public and venture capital-backed companies for over a decade. Prior to her role at Mr. Cooper Group, Kelly Ann served as Vice President of Strategic Communications for Elevate Credit, a financial technology firm. She was also formerly a public relations and affairs consultant, a strategic communications staffer for a Presidential campaign, and a political appointee for N.A.S.A.
Kelly Ann is also active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Center of Tarrant County since 2015, advising on marketing strategy, young professional development, and crisis response. She holds a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University.

Started the “Black Girl Magic Tour Movement”
She took an idea based on connection and turned it into a movement including the multi-city Black Girl Magic Tour, the annual Boss Woman of the Year Summit, and a loyal community of more than 100,000 women. Marty’s plan is to continue to expand the growth of the community of women she is building and to help them empower one another through connection, networking, and workshops.
Marty knows that most women are allowing fear to hold them back from accomplishing the goals they want to achieve. She is on a mission to help women achieve more and remove fear as the barrier to the women who have big goals & big dreams. Marty believes we can chase and achieve them every single day.

Director of Government Affairs at PepsiCo
Rebecca Acuña is a Director of Government Affairs for PepsiCo. During the 2020 election season, she took a sabbatical to lead the Biden for President campaign in Texas. Prior to joining PepsiCo, she was the Executive Director of the Latino Center for Leadership Development. A veteran of the Texas State capitol, Rebecca served as a Chief of Staff and Communications Director for three members of the Texas House of Representatives and one Member of Congress. Committed to civic engagement, she serves on several industry and community boards.
