Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART)

2024 Women Build Dallas Chair

Nadine S. Lee is the President & Chief Executive Officer for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) where she leverages the talents and expertise of 3700 employees to deliver mobility freedom for all. Previously, Nadine served in the roles of Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief Innovation Officer for Los Angeles County Metro, where she established the Vision 2028 Strategic Plan, the Offices of Equity & Race and Customer Experience, and the Better Bus Program. Prior to L.A., Nadine led the development and implementation of the Flatiron Flyer Bus Rapid Transit for Denver’s Regional Transportation District (RTD), a project that produced a 40% increase in corridor ridership in its first few months of service. In addition to her civil engineering background, Nadine is committed to using performance measurement and continuous improvement to elevate the quality of DART’s mobility services for the benefit of everyone in North Texas.

Lady Jade

Host, Speaker, Influencer,
and Media Personality

Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Jade began working professionally at an extremely early age as a model and actress, continuing in the entertainment industry in college as an intern and then an on-air weekend personality.

Lady Jade is known as one of the most community-involved radio personalities on a nationally syndicated morning radio show, and she also created her own Podcast The Dash. As a philanthropist, she founded the non-profit organization Project 16.

LaCrecia Perkins

LaCrecia is a member of Carrington Coleman’s Business Litigation Practice Group. She represents businesses and individuals in a variety of industries, including real estate, aviation/aerospace, life, health, and disability insurance, higher education, and others. She has represented clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation. LaCrecia practices in both state and federal court. After law school, LaCrecia served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Renée Harris Toliver, United States District Court Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Texas.

Carolina Donis

Carolina Donis is an international speaker and co-founder of Guatemala Próspera, a non-profit organization promoting leadership principles and values ​​worldwide, training over 2.2 million students and community leaders within Guatemala to date.

Carolina graduated with honors from the Law Faculty of Universidad Francisco Marroquínin Guatemala and obtained additional post-graduate legal studies at Universidad de Salamanca (Spain) and Cambridge (UK). She holds certificates in Negotiation and Mediation from Harvard; Innovation, Leadership, and Positive Psychology from Berkeley. She earned an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Universidad Del Valle in Guatemala and a Certificate in the same from Paris-Sorbonne.

Together, Carolina and her husband David drafted Lockwood Donis Leadership, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to leadership development, women’s empowerment, and sustainable social entrepreneurship projects in the Americas. To date, 35,328 strategic leaders in 20 countries have been trained in personal and professional growth.

Carolina has hosted several Spanish-language radio and television programs and has consulted for the Transformation Country Initiative of the John Maxwell Leadership Foundation, overseeing programs impacting 4.2 million participants in 5 countries. Carolina and David currently reside in the Dallas, TX area.

Alyson Roberts

Senior Vice President of Relationship Strategy

Alyson Roberts serves as the Senior Vice President of Relationship Strategy, Solutions & Support for the Consumer & Business, Payment Services (Credit Card), Wealth Management and Corporate and Commercial Banking verticals at US Bank. In this role she leads a large organization which includes, Investor Relations, Third Party Risk Management, Expense Optimization, Offshore Operational Oversight and Quality Management. Prior to US Bank, Ms. Roberts has held key roles with other Financial Institutions leading in the areas like Enterprise Project Management, Corporate Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Operations and Risk and Governance. Ms. Roberts has over 15 years of related Banking experience, but also has a background in Telecommunications and Consulting. Ms. Roberts holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration and Finance and an MBA, with a focus in Strategy from Texas A&M University.

Community service is also of importance to Ms. Roberts. She serves on the Finance Planning Committee for the Cancer Support Community North Texas; Junior Achievement Dallas’ Young Executive Board; and serves as the President of the Allen High School Lady Eagles Basketball Booster Club.

Alyson is originally from Overland Park Kansas, but currently resides in Parker Texas with her 3 children – Jaylen, Jared and Aryn and 4 dogs Murphy, Lucas, Wylie and Beau

You can be the team captain! Ask your friends/family network to join you for the Habitat Women Build. Typically, this works best if you set a participation fee of $500 each volunteer. If you gather 20 volunteers, you can have a dedicated build day! Use this day to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or to honor someone you love! Get started with your team today
