This year’s event will be moderated by Bryan Tony, Executive Director and co-founder of the Dallas Housing Coalition. Bryan Tony is the Executive Director and a co-founder of the Dallas Housing Coalition, a member-driven housing advocacy nonprofit that first launched in June 2023 around a $200 million bond campaign for attainable housing and homeless solutions. Since then, the coalition has grown to include over 480 non- and for-profit organizations and individual members, supported the updating of Dallas’ comprehensive land use plan (ForwardDallas), hosted two annual Housing Summits with over 500 participants, tackled reforming Dallas’ antiquated and onerous parking requirements, and mobilized during Texas’ 89th Legislative Session. He was appointed to be the organization’s first Executive Director by its Board of Directors in January 2025.
