This program offers free or low-cost repairs to eligible homeowners through a simple application process. If you live in one of the neighborhoods where Dallas Habitat builds, you may qualify for assistance.

Understand Your Eligibility for Our NeighborCare & Repair Program
To get started, you must meet the following requirements:
• The home must be owner-occupied for at least one year.
• The property must be located within our service area.
• The mortgage must be current.

What is the timeline for the program?
The required time to complete repairs can vary greatly between projects, so we are unable to provide an estimate at this time. Please note we do not offer emergency repair services.
