E-Home America Resources
E-Home America offers additional online courses focused on homeownership and financial well-being, including topics such as homebuyer readiness, long-term financial success, and legacy planning. Complete courses at your own pace when it’s convenient for you.
These resources do not meet 2026 HUD requirements and are ineligible for receiving down payment assistance.
If you’re preparing to purchase a home, HUD-certified homebuyer education can help you better understand the homebuying process and may be required for certain homeownership programs. Dallas Habitat offers multiple ways to complete this requirement:
Dallas Habitat HUD-Certified Class
Attend a HUD-certified class hosted by Dallas Habitat. Available in person and live via Zoom.
E-Home America Online Course
Complete a HUD-certified homebuyer education course online through E-Home America for $99.
These courses meet 2026 HUD requirements. Completion of these HUD-certified courses may qualify you for available down payment assistance programs.
